A deposit is required in order to secure any appointment. It will be deducted off the final payment when you attended your appointment.

Keke will NOT be doing brow perfection visits on Saturdays as this is the most popular day of the week. Should you book this without confirmation from Keke, your appointment will be cancelled immediately. They can only be booked for evening appointments, unless otherwise agreed by Keke.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are 10mins late then a £10 late fee will be added to on to the final payment.

If you are more than 20mins late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost. You will need to pay another deposit to secure another appointment.

All deposits paid are non-refundable but should you wish to move your appointment, with at least 48 hours notice, the deposit will go towards your new appointment date.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be lost.

Please do not attend your appointment with additional guests or children. We are only a small salon and the safety of our clients is important. For bridal trials, you can request to bring a plus one, but please inform Keke prior to the day of the appointment.

Please be forthcoming about your medical history including any allergies, medication etc.

Please note, we are NOT mobile and are based at Keke Kosmetics Beauty Lounge (Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham). Keke will only travel for bridal bookings and mileage is chargeable.
